What you read here is what we use every day. No copy and pasting from other sources. If you are interested in further reading. Two books to recommend are: Frank Bettger: How I raised myself from Failure to Success in Selling – written over 50 years ago but still a classic. And still the best book written on Negotiations: Getting to Yes by Fisher and Ury. If you are interested in Presentations my tip would be to type Question Time BBC into You Tube as there you’ll get a slightly different concept of the Presenter as the Facilitator.
